    A memo from my boss....
Subject: New Employee Program that WORKS!

    MEMO TO ALL EMPLOYEES:

In order to assure the highest levels of quality work and productivity from employees, it will be our policy to keep all employees well trained through our program of SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (S.H.I.T.).

We are trying to give our employees more S.H.I.T. than anyone else. If you feel that you do not receive your share of S.H.I.T. on the course, please see your supervisor.

You will be immediately placed at the top of the S.H.I.T. list, and our supervisors are especially skilled at seeing you get all the S.H.I.T. you can handle.

Employees who don't take their S.H.I.T. will be placed in DEPARTMENTAL EMPLOYEE EVALUATION PROGRAMS (D.E.E.P.S.H.I.T.). Those who fail to take D.E.E.P.S.H.I.T. seriously will have to go to EMPLOYEE ATTITUDE TRAINING (E.A.T.S.H.I.T.).

Since our supervisors took S.H.I.T. before they were promoted, they don't have to do S.H.I.T. anymore, and are all full of S.H.I.T. already.

If you are full of S.H.I.T., you may be interested in a job teaching others. We can add your name to our BASIC UNDERSTANDING LIST of LEADERS (B.U.L.L.S.H.I.T.).

For employees who are intending to pursue a career in management and consulting, we will refer you to the department of MANAGERIAL OPERATIONAL RESEARCH EDUCATION (M.O.R.E.S.H.I.T). This course emphasizes how to manage M.O.R.E. S.H.I.T.

If you have further questions, please direct them to our HEAD OF TEACHING, SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (H.O.T.S.H.I.T.).

    Thank you,
BOSS IN GENERAL, SPECIAL HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING (B.I.G.S.H.I.T.)

P.S.: Now send this S.H.I.T. to 5 people who need S.H.I.T. in their life, just not the same person who sent you this S.H.I.T. They have already had their fill of S.H.I.T.!!!

    Thank you for your time.

    Sincerely,

DIRECTOR UNDER THE MAIN BUREAU OF SUPER HIGH INTENSITY TRAINING

    (The "D.U.M.B.S.H.I.T.")

    This is Incredible Bullshit...
    http://www.cnn.com/2004/TECH/biztech/11/19/tech.microsoft.reut/index.html

Microsoft is jealous due to the success of the Linux operating system. Aw, the 800 pound gorilla is whining like an infant whom needs to swap out its diapers. What a shame. How about hiring brilliant design and innovative engineers to build their products rather than buying out companies and stealing other company ideas? It is disappointing after reading this article. So, “Microsoft executive Steve Ballmer said that Linux violated 228 of his company's patents.” I do not support this claim. It should be the other way around. While Windows already violates infinite number of patents, I do not see any issues of other companies slowly gaining market share in the operating system arena. I think Ballmer and the company should just shut up and leave Linux alone. I am eager, to someday watch a company blow Microsoft into molecules and ultimately, bury them.

when I was just a wee lad...
When I was a child, food was my only best friend. Food was all I had in mind. I love to eat. *sniff* *sniff* It’s a vicious cycle. My mama use to hide sweets from me. I didn’t stop sucking my thumb until I was 11. I use to ride the short bus to school. However, I was one hyperkinetic dancing machine!!!

    Excited

Now 14 years later, meet the ELITE. Slim, extraordinary, intimidating, robust, prosperous, strength, power, and fearless.

    Still going...
I finally finished work around 10:30 am. 16 hours of tasks didn’t really erode too much of my evening. I was glad to get my job accomplished for the day. Then, back to my humble dwelling to get a few chores done. I spent most of my afternoon today doing yard work. Vegetation is lookin’ hotdamn pretty. Now back to doing emails and then hit my 12 am jogging schedule. It’s quiet and relaxing at that time. People do walk, jog, and walk their pets here around this neighborhood, 24/7. Not too shabby.

    Body Fat Percentage
    From Self.com
Your body fat percentage is approximately 15.0 percent — enough fat to give your body insulation and protection, but not enough to compromise your health.

The healthy body fat range for men is between 12 and 19 percent. As this calculation is an estimate of your fat mass, we've allowed some leeway in the upper end of the range. If you're at the high end of healthy, be sure to check your Body Mass Index and Health Risk Assessment. If they're also high, you may need to build more lean body mass (a.k.a muscles).

    http://health.yahoo.com/health/centers/weight_loss/10002

    Body Fat Percentage
    From Self.com
Your body fat percentage is approximately 73.5 percent — a dangerously high level of fat to be carrying on your frame. This extra fat is putting you at risk for several health problems — including heart disease, diabetes and some forms of cancer.

You need to build more lean body mass (a.k.a muscles) and get your body fat down to 12 to 19 percent of your total weight.

The best way to build muscle and lose fat is through exercise (particularly some form of weight training), coupled with reasonable caloric restriction — not starvation or "lose ten pounds in three days" fad diets.

If you're having difficulty getting to a healthy weight, see your doctor for help.
